Tara
In Buddhism, Tara is the female Buddha of Compassion and Action. She’s the Liberator of All Beings.
There are 21 Taras in Buddhism.
The 22nd is Tara Sleeman, our founder: lifelong Buddhist and resident pundamentalist!
Radical
A radical is a change-maker and shaker-upper, a disruptor who sees things aren’t where they should be, but knows the possibility and potential for what could be!
Think radically and be emboldened to help others.
Compassion
This is the very term which likely brought you to this page. It resonates the most easily.
You have a kind heart and loving mind, and have probably declared at some stage “How don’t people get it!?”
Compassion is the wish for all beings to be free from suffering.
Passion
Ah! The hidden word within compassion: Passion.
This is the very fire which fuels you.
We recognise your passion and want to amplify it, to help you help others!
We may not be a spider, but our specialty is web design.

We’re not here proclaiming “Graphic design is my passion” in Comic Sans, we would genuinely love to help out with any iconography you require for your new online presence.

Motion Design
If you’re feeling bold, daring, perhaps even… radical, you may want to take advantage of motion graphics throughout your site. It’ll certainly catch their eye, with or without your 24 carrot vision!
Bodhisattva:
More than a surfer.
In Buddhism, a bodhisattva is someone working for the welfare of all sentient beings.
You are a bodhisattva on the path. You know that like a drop in the ocean, every act of kindness adds up. So you’re riding that 50 foot wave across the ocean of samsara, helping others on the way.
Fun fact: Patrick Swayze’s character in Point Break does not fit the Buddhist definition as a true bodhisattva does not rob banks. Whodathunk!
